Healed is a compassionate trauma recovery tracking application designed around principles from trauma experts like Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, and polyvagal theory. The app features a calming ocean-blue theme with glassomorphism design elements, helping users track their healing journey through daily check-ins, body sensation mapping, nervous system state tracking, journaling, trigger analysis, and guided breathing exercises. Built with Next.js and TypeScript, the application offers flexible data storage with local-first approach and optional Firebase cloud sync for cross-device access while maintaining user privacy.
